Beyonce's baby Blue Ivy is already famous, already featured on her fathers song "Glory" and now she's becoming a brand!

According to The Washington Post, "On Jan. 26, new parents BeyoncĂ© and Jay-Z filed an application with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office to protect the baby’s name — and reserve it for a future line of baby carriages, baby cosmetics, diaper bags and other undoubtedly fabulous accoutrements for the fashion-forward infant."

Outsiders tried to trademark Blue Ivy before Beyonce and Jay even filed their application. ABC News reported, people submitted requests to trademark "Blue Ivy Carter NYC" and "Blue Ivy Carter Glory IV" for use on a line of fragrances.

The office denied both filings according to The Washington Post, saying the name belonged to a "very famous infant."

Beyonce has also been enjoying her first couple of nights out in the public since giving birth to Blue Ivy last month.

She was recently photographed at Jay-Z's Carnegie Hall concert on Tuesday. Then, she later joined him at his 40/40 club for the post show party where she wore a blue, low cut dress, according to the New York Daily News.
