Usher's Stepson Declared Brain Dead After Jet Ski Incident, Celebs Send Prayers

Such an unfortunate, sad story...


Usher's 11-year-old stepson Kile Glover has been declared brain dead after him and a 15-year-old girl were involved in a jet ski incident.


According to reports, the pair were floating on inner tubes this past Friday in Georgia's Lake Lanier when a jet ski struck the two children. 


Kile is the son of Tameka Foster, Usher's ex-wife, and he was reportedly struck in the head and was knocked unconscious. The girl also suffered injuries.


Both of the children were immediately airlifted to a hospital in Atlanta. 



"On Friday afternoon, a pontoon boat was pulling an 11-year-old male and 15-year-old girl on an inner tube when a Jet Ski ran over the two children," Georgia Department of Natural Resources spokesperson Robin Hill told E! News.



According to TMZ, Usher hired a private jet to bring Tameka - who was out of town during the incident - to her injured son. Usher arrived at the hospital last night and Tameka has not left the hospital since she got there, according to Fox News via reports from TMZ.

Usher could also choose to press charges and the incident is still under investigation.
