Check Out the Soul Train Music Awards Nominations, The Weeknd & Bruno Mars Lead


The Soul Train Music Awards have been announced!

The Weeknd, Bruno Mars and Mark Ronson lead the pack with five nominations each. The Weeknd is nominated for 'Best R&B/Soul Male Artist' and 'Best Album of the Year.' All three artists share nominations for 'Video of the Year,' 'Song of the Year' and 'The Ashford & Simpson Songwriter's Award.'

New Jersey artist Fetty Wap also picked up a nomination - 'Best Hip Hop Song' for his hit "Trap Queen." 

Other nominated artists include, Chris Brown, Tyrese, Beyonce, Big Sean, D' Angelo, Nicki Minaj and many more. 

The Soul Train Awards will be taped on Nov. 6 in Las Vegas and will air Sunday, Nov. 29 at 8 p.m. EST on Centric and BET.
