The Oscar nominations are in and Viola Davis' remarkable performance in the film Fences (in which she played alongside Denzel Washington who also scored a 'Lead Actor' nod) has earned her a nomination!
The How To Get Away With Murder star is also now the first and only black actress to have received three Oscar noms. Viola has previously twice been nominated for ;Best Supporting Actress,' in the 2009 film Doubt and for 'Best Actress' in the 2012 film The Help.
