Looking Good! DMX gained 40 pounds while in rehab (video)

While handling his legal business, Earl Simmons a.k.a DMX was spotted out and about in NYC on Thursday with his lawyer. 

The 46-year-old rapper had a hearing on his tax evasion case, but what people are noticing is his recent weight gain. The weight looks good though, he looks healthy!

When a TMZ cameraman caught up with DMX after he left the courtroom, he asked him what he was eating? DMX responded with the perfect answer, “cereal.”

DMX pleaded not guilty on July 14 to charges he avoided paying some $1.7 million in income taxes. A judge decided his trial will start in February.
