The top 10 best songs of 2017: Cardi B, Kendrick Lamar, Bruno Mars and more!

2017 brought us a number of poppin' hits as hip hop ruled popular music this year!

Cardi B rose from Love & Hip Hop fame to No. 1 on the Billboard charts with her hit song "Bodak Yellow."

DJ Khaled recruited Rihanna and Bryson Tiller for their catchy summer banger, "Wild Thoughts."

And, let's not forget when Kendrick Lamar reminded us to 'be humble,' and when chicks wanted to be 'bad and boujee' all while Childish Gambino told us to 'stay woke' in his triple platinum song "Red Bone."

Here are my top 10 songs of the year:

#10 "Unforgettable" - French Montana feat. Swae Lee

#9 "Red Bone" - Childish Gambino

#8 "Humble" - Kendrick Lamar

 #7 "Mask Off" - Future

#6
"Bad and Boujee" - Migos feat. Lil' Uzi Vert

#5 "XO TOUR Llif3" - Lil' Uzi Vert

#1 "Despacito" - Luis Fonsi feat. Daddy Yankee

The Latin chart-topper "Despacito" by Luis Fonsi and Daddy Yankee takes the No. 1 spot as the best and most popular song of 2017.

"Despacito" has become the most-watched YouTube video ever, with over four billion views, surpassing the record for Wiz Khalifa and Charlie Puth's "See You Again."

The hit single, which features Justin Bieber, has also become the most streamed song in history with global streams of more than 4.6 billion plays!

Vybz Kartel - "Fever"

Yo Gotti feat. Nicki Minaj - "Rake It Up"

A Boogie Wit da Hoodie - "Drowning"
