This isn't the first eyebrow restoration she has had done. Meagan has also been very open in the past with how she struggled with the appearance of her eyebrows for many years.
I feel this on soooo many levels! I used to shave my brows only to draw them back on, smh.
By the time Meagan was 19 years old, she revealed she tattooed her eyebrows on due to having overplucked them in the past.
She wrote, "God knows my eyebrow journey has been almost as interesting as my actual life journey."
Meagan went to Dr. Jason Champagne, a celebrity aesthetic facial plastic and hair restoration surgeon in Beverly Hills, California.
