Updated! Tami Roman, Shaunie O'Neal and Mehgan James Will Join the Cast of 'Basketball Wives LA'

I can't wait for the upcoming season of Basketball Wives LA because it's going to be GOOD!

Let me tell you... I found out earlier today that Miss Tami Roman is going to be joining the cast!

Do you remember her from the original Basketball Wives? Tami joined the VH1 reality show in its second season and she does not take any mess! Well, the Miami show has since been cancelled, but we now have the Los Angeles spinoff underway.

So, who is coming back for the newest season, who's not and who are the other new ladies?

Returning as the BBWLA originals:

- Draya Michele who is the girlfriend of Orlando Scandrick
- Malaysia Pargo who is now the ex-wife of Jannero Pargo
- And, Jackie Christie (oh lawd! lol) who is, of course, still married to Doug Christie

Also returning is Brandi Maxiell who was introduced to us last season, and she is married to Jason Maxiell.


The new BBWLA ladies:

- Patrice Curry who is married to Eddy Curry (I don't know much about her)
- Mehgan James who starred on season 9 of the Bad Girls Club and left the house due to a major fight. Mehgan is now a fashion designer, and she's coming on the show as the ex-girlfriend of Quincy Miller

Coming over to the spinoff show from Basketball Wives:

- Shaunie O'Neal, the creator and executive producer of the BBW and BBWLA series, and ex-wife of Shaquille O'Neal
- Tami Roman, the ex-wife of Kenny Anderson

Not returning from last season of BBWLA and who were also rumored to be fired from the show:

- Sundy Carter who got into a huge brawl with Draya last season. Sundy recently confirmed her departure from the show and said she has a number of projects currently in the making.




Byeeee Sundy!

- Brittish Williams who beefed with the majority of the cast last season. There are also rumors she will be joining the cast of Love & Hip Hop Hollywood... I'm not sure how true that is as of yet.

The new season of BBWLA is supposedly airing this summer on VH1. I can already see the fireworks starting!
