Hey, what's up! It's ya girl, Lanette 'LA LA' ... ya new internet bestie :)
If you love celebrity gossip, entertainment and engaging stories, and if you love to laugh, then you’ll feel right at home here!
Launched in 2011, Ooooooo La La! has made a splash on social media as an entertainment blog that continues to deliver daily content of celebrity news & gossip, pop culture trends, reality show updates, funny posts and other randomness.
Ooooooo La La! has been mentioned by Centric TV, Bossip, VH1, Ask Kissy and many other credible sites.
This isn't your typical, straight up gossip blog. I like to mix in other entertaining posts along with updates on our favorite celebrities. In addition to posting facts, I also like to keep it real and add in my opinion from time to time which my readers (the 'OooLaLaFam') have grown to love.
My #OooLaLaDiaries series has become increasingly popular on Ooooooo La La! as I started sharing my personal stories and sexscapades of past relationships in a number of posts called diary entries. Start reading Entry #1 Here!
Other special blog sections include: #TGIM posts for Monday Motivation to kick off the work week as well as Kickin' It With La La vlog videos.
I started Ooooooo La La! back in January of 2011 so I could have a place to voice my own opinion, see all of my writing, and not have an editor chopping up my work. Plus, I've always had an interest in gossip, pop culture and social media trends. So then, voilà, my own blog baby was born.
Yeah, there's so many other gossip blogs out there and I've been told, "you're just wasting your time with that," but I've managed to build up my own blog and expand my own brand.
And, since when did I ever listen to other people's opinions, ha!
Also, thanks to my blogging skills, I've been featured on TMZ Live!, Hot 98.1 FM and OMGossip + I've talked to some cool celebrities, interviewed some up-and-coming stars and I've written some pretty dope features.
Aside from being a blogger and professional wine sipper & coffee drinker, I have a degree in journalism & media studies and experience in radio, print and online journalism, and copy writing.
I've also been heard on WBGO 88.3 FM, WRNU Rutgers Radio, and my work has been featured on NorthJersey.com as well as other news/media outlets.
In the near future, I plan on adding 'Author' to my resume as I'm currently writing my first eBook.
