According to news reports, this man posed as Bieber on Facebook and he allegedly threatened to harm the girls family if she didn't perform sex acts for him online.

The young girl eventually realized this man was not Bieber during the video chat. The man was arrested after being busted by an undercover Canadian officer who posed as a 14-year-old girl online. He's now charged in Canada with luring, manufacturing child pornography and extortion.

I just want to say one thing. I was brought up during a time when there was no Facebook, Twitter and the only chat websites were AOL chat rooms. With all that is available on the internet nowadays, it is on the parents to be more mindful of what websites their children are browsing.

And, I also think 12-year-olds or any child around that age shouldn't be video chatting or on social networks period.
