Nicki Minaj did her interviews and now it's Safaree's turn!
Nicki's ex, Safaree Samuels who has been with Nicki for over 10 years and since the beginning of her career, is now telling his side of the story of what happened in their relationship and why they broke up.
In a sincere interview with the Breakfast Club this morning, Safaree said Nicki is getting ridiculous for trying to pull him down now that they aren't together anymore. He also thinks it's weak that Nicki is trying to discredit him for what he's done for her.
"I would never do anything publicly to try to like pull her down, you know what I'm saying, whatever happens between me and her one-on-one, it is what it is, you know, that's personal and I would never put that out there," he said.

"I could be out here telling a million stories and doing cornball ... you know what I'm saying ... I'm not gonna do that, I never would do that, I never plan on doing that."
"I just think it's crazy for her to come out here now and try to be pulling me down... trying to say I'm corny," he said.
Safaree clarified that he's the one who packed his stuff and left the situation. Yes, he left Nicki Minaj.
"I don't care who you're with," Safaree said. "who you with, that doesn't me nothing to me. I want you to move on because I'm moving on."
Oh, okay! And as we see, Safaree has moved on...

"If that's who she decides to move on with, that's fine, it is what it is," he said.

Safaree said if he wanted to make things right with Nicki, he could have, but he chooses not to.
"Fame and money, you can't put a price on a peace of mind," he said.
