Senator Menendez: Controlling Rising Gas Prices

"The national average price for gasoline hit $3.80 per gallon this week, up nearly $1 from last year," nj.com reports.

New Jersey Sen. Robert Menendez introduced an 11-point plan in which he said will control gas prices during a press conference yesterday.
