WTF Wednesdays: Parents Name their Daughter "Hashtag!"

With Beyonce and Jay-Z naming their daughter 'Blue Ivy,' it seems like peculiar baby names are becoming more of a trend. But, nothing tops the newest addition to odd baby names.

According to an article posted by Yahoo! Shine, proud parents recently named their daughter 'Hashtag,' as in #hashtag, the symbol that is most commonly used on Twitter.

The parents posted the news via Facebook and said:

"Hashtag Jameson was born at 10 o'clock last nite," the parent announced Saturday night. "She weys 8pounds and i luv her so much!!!!!!"

She "weys"... oh goodness! **shaking my head**
