WATCH: Reese Witherspoon Arrest Video Leaked

Actress Reese Witherspoon and her husband Jim Toth made headlines last month when the two were arrested on April 19.

 

Jim was arrested for a DUI and Reese was placed in handcuffs for disorderly conduct after she refused to listen to orders. Jim apologized to the cop for Reese's rants and said the couple went out to dinner in Atlanta and had one too many glasses of wine. He admitted, they thought we were fine to drive and were not, and he said they shouldn't have done that.

Now, TMZ has obtained the videos, which show Reese and Jim being arrested. Reese says to the arresting officer: “Do you know my name sir?," "You’re about to find out who I am!," and “I’m obstructing your justice?”

 

I guess the cop didn't know he was arresting an Oscar winner! Shame on him! Lol.

In another clip, Reese tells the officer she’s pregnant and that she needs to pee. Just yesterday, Reese explained to Good Morning America that she wasn’t pregnant and said that in the heat of the moment. She also came clean about her arrest and apologized.

 

So, what's the price for their crime? Jim owes 40 hours of community service and he has to go through an alcohol education program AND be on probation for a year. Reese was represented by her lawyer and will have to pay a $213 fine.
