Sam Smith conquers the Grammy's winning four awards
In a celebration of old and new, the Grammy's celebrated talented musicians with many collaborations: Rihanna, Kanye West and Paul McCartney came together to perform "Four Five Seconds" for the first time onstage. Lady Gaga and Tony Bennett performed "Cheek to Cheek," and Sam Smith teamed up with Mary J. Blige to sing his hit "Stay With Me."

Jesse J performed with Tom Jones and Usher paid tribute to Stevie Wonder as he sung, "If It's Magic,"... by the way, this was my favorite performance of the night.

Remember in 2014, Kendrick’s good kid, m.A.A.d city lost to Macklemore & Ryan Lewis in the 'Best Rap Album' category? Macklemore even said he felt as if he “robbed” Kendrick.

Well, this year, Kendrick won two gold gramophones for his single “i” which earned him 'Best Rap Song' and 'Best Rap Performance' during the pre-televised portion of the show. Eminem is the winner this year for 'Best Rap Album' for The Marshall Mathers LP 2.

President Obama also appeared on the Grammy's via a video message to talk about the new “It’s On Us” initiative. He delivered a message to end sexual assault on college campuses.

Prince presented the Grammy for 'Album of the Year.' Beck accepted the award for his album Morning Phase with a look of surprise on his face and then Kanye interrupted.

And, we can't forget Taylor Swift's dancing!
Pharrell is giving major side eye to Taylor, lol.

There was no "smack it, smack it in the air" at the Grammy's this year. Instead, Beyonce performed “Take My Hand Precious Lord” and then introduced John Legend and Common who sung “Glory."

Ledisi, who was in the audience at the Grammy's, plays Mahalia Jackson in the Oscar-nominated film Selma and sings “Take My Hand Precious Lord” on the movie's soundtrack. Some of Ledisi's fans were pissed that she was not asked to perform on the Grammy's and they vented about it on social media.

Beyonce is now the most nominated female in history and she has 20 Grammy's! As Beyonce and Jay-Z won a Grammy for 'Best R&B Performance' for “Drunk in Love,” she was sure to thank her fans, the “BeyHive,” in her acceptance speech. Whoop whoop!

A common theme throughout the performances last night referred to Ferguson. A group of background performers during Beyonce's performance held up their hands in the "hands up, don’t shoot,” using the gesture common among protesters after the killing of Mike Brown.

Kanye West performed on the Grammys stage twice, he sung an auto-tuned emo-rap for his song “Only One.” And he performed with Rihanna and Paul McCartney for their new single “Four Five Seconds.”

Pharrell kicked off his performance of “Happy” by wandering on stage dressed as a bellhop. Everyone is making the Grand Budapest Hotel joke about Pharrell’s bellhop look, lol.

During Pharrell's performance, dancers wore hoodies as a reference to Trayvon Martin.

With all of these wonderful collaborations, I noticed many people said the Grammy's were dry and called the show a "snooze fest" ... I'm guessing from all of the slow songs.

Well, there's one performance that really popped and that was Madonna's sexy show. She's letting the world know she's still got it at 56 years old!

Madonna performed “Living for Love” accompanied by half-naked men. Check it out below:

During Sia's "Chandelier" performance, actress Kristen Wiig wore the infamous blond wig and danced in a nude bodysuit along with 12-year-old dancer Maddie Ziegler.

Sam Smith cleaned house last night and was the most awarded. He took home four awards, including 'Best Song of the Year' for "Stay With Me." He also thanked his ex who inspired the record for breaking his heart because it got him four Grammy's. Boom! Pow!

Domestic abuse survivor Brooke Axtell introduced Katy Perry’s performance of “By the Grace of God” by sharing her own story of an abusive relationship.

The Voice judges Adam Levine and Gwen Stefani reunited at the Grammy's and performed Maroon 5's "My Heart Is Open" off the group's latest album, V.

Ariana Grande looked absolutely beautiful and sounded amazing as she sung “Just A Little Bit Of Your Heart.”

She was sooo cute on the red carpet with her boo boo Big Sean.
