Angelea gets a wake up call from being in the bottom two last week. Lisa has a firm grip on reality, so she calls it, and says unlike the old Lisa on cycle 5, she doesn't drink anymore and shares that she's been to celeb rehab.

Camille say the modeling business doesn't pay like it used to and as the girls get mail and presents from back home, Camille's reality sets in and she gets a bunch of bills as her mail.

Kayla starts to feel dizzy, her heart starts racing, she throws up and starts gasping for air and an ambulance comes, leaving the other girls scared in the house about Kayla's health. She returns early in the morning and said she had cardiac arrhythmia.

The next day, Jay Manual tells the ladies that they have a huge opportunity this week because their next challenge is auditioning for a role on CSI: Crime Scene Investigation. The creator of the show helped Jay Manuel judge and pick out a challenge winner.

The ladies had thirty minutes to memorize a scene and each lady took their turn at running through their lines, most had trouble pronouncing the medical jargon.

Angelea went in with full confidence and said she had the most talent out of all the girls, "I sing, I act, I model, the fans love me, everybody loves me, I look good," she said.

Well, Angelea tooting her own horn actually worked because the creator said right away she had the possibility of winning the whole challenge and that she was actually that good.

Lisa, was the last girl to recite her lines and when she got up she went blank and started cursing on set, typical Lisa. Jay said Lisa was the worse of the day and the creator felt like Lisa walked on the set already defeated.

In the end, it was Bre who impressed the creator and won the challenge. She won a role on the show which will air this fall.

The ladies also did a shoot for Express with the client on set. The acting challenge came into play here as they had to play out a role along with three guys who were included in the shots.

Jay pulls Bianca to the side during her shoot to ask her what was going on because she wasn't delivering like he wanted her to.

Bianca said, "...out of all the girls, I am the model."

Jay said Bianca's excuse doesn't measure up because she obviously isn't acting like a model and he said throughout the whole competition he hasn't seen the modeling book.

Camille struggled again with her age and had a hard time delivering a good photo as she was worried about being a 33-years-old doing an Express ad. Camille felt Express is geared towards younger women.

"I am worried because I'm like older than everyone else and I don't have the time to accomplish goals..." Camille said.

Lisa had fun in her role as the "cool" chick and acts like her silly self at the photo shoot as usual and says she's the crazy chick. During panel Lisa comes up with excuses as to why her photo shoot wasn't up to par.

Angelea might not have won the challenge but she won top photo this week.

The bottom two ladies were: Camille and Lisa, no surprise here as Tyra said both ladies had too many excuses this week and said that is not allowed in Top Model.

In the end it was Camille that was sent home...again.

Next week: The Kardashian sisters and LaToya Jackson make an appearance, two of the models get into an argument.
