Earlier this year, Jazmine Sullivan made an announcement that she would be quitting her music career, however, she may be reconsidering now.
Her frequent collaborator Salaam Remi just dropped an unreleased track they made which is entitled “My Career.”
The meaning of the song is; If you can’t handle coming second to her singing career, you know where the door is. And you’re more than welcome to use it.
Jazmine is representing for all the career-driven females who won’t let a guy’s insecurity discourage them from their dreams. If he can’t get with the program, let him go.
