Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes are divorcing after five years of marriage, according to People magazine. The couple wed in 2006 in Italy. They have one daughter, 6-year-old Suri.
According to the actress’ attorney Jonathan Wolfe, “This is a personal and private matter for Katie and her family. Katie's primary concern remains, as it always has been, her daughter's best interest."
