In Beyonce News: The Singer Will Release New Music Soon and Will Debut in New Documentary

Well today may be Jay-Z's birthday (he just turned 43...yikes!) BUT it is all about Beyonce... and her new music!

According to MTV News, Beyonce is expected to drop brand-new music right before her Super Bowl performance in New Orleans which is in February. Producer The Dream confirmed the news to Billboard in a recent interview, he said:

"She's got her stuff going. She took the summer to start recording, and now she's in a place where she's ready to start gearing up to reveal her plan."

Beyonce was recently photographed working in the studio with hubby Jay-Z
The Dream hinted that the project is far enough along that the singer might tease multiple tracks for fans. He also said that he's been very involved in every part of the process.

"She's already gearing up to get ready to put stuff out," he said. "I'm sure there will probably be a couple records you hear before the Super Bowl gets here."

This new album will be Beyonce's first since her 2011 album 4.

Beyonce - who was known to be very private in the past - will also have a HBO documentary airing on February 16.

The special, directed by the singer herself, is expected to get pretty personal, letting fans into the creative process for this next album and putting her onetime baby bump on full display. The documentary will also feature behind-the-scenes footage of her in the studio, greeting fans, onstage and as a little girl.
