Mariah Carey just celebrated her 43rd birthday (March 27) and she still looks better than a lot of younger chicks.

The American Idol judge shows off her natural beauty in a photo she posted to Instagram on Wednesday as she hugs a stuffed toy lamb. She said:

“Love to all the lambily!!! #WWLD." Mariah Carey calls her fans "Lambs."

I swear Mariah along with Stacey Dash, Rozonda Thomas (Chilli from TLC) and Janet Jackson never seem to age. All of these women are in their 40's - Stacy Dash being the oldest - and look amazing!
