"... It's corny when rappers feel like they've made it and they don't have to prove themselves anymore. You should always be competing. You should always be trying to show that you're the best. My album is going to be important to hip-hop." - Nicki Minaj on her thoughts of staying competitive.

Nicki graces another magazine cover! This week it is Billboard magazine where the 31-year-old rapper discusses her upcoming The Pinkprint album, her early days on the come up, being thankful for her judge spot on American Idol and her admiration of Beyonce's work ethic.

"There's something about her work ethic that always made me feel like no matter how hard stuff gets, I'm not allowed to complain," says Minaj.

"Some women give me the feeling that where there's a will, there's a way."

Nicki also revealed plans to produce a TV show, which may air in 2015... she didn't talk much about the show, but it won't be a reality series. She says, "hell no!" to that.

The 31-year-old rapper is so busy, so what would she like to do with free time?

"Have sex," she flat out said.

Well, there you have it!
