Dafuq?! This Iranian teen had 50 surgeries to look like Angelina Jolie

An Iranian teenager reportedly underwent 50 surgeries within a span of a few months to look like her idol, actress Angelina Jolie. 

Before the surgery

Sahar Tabar is supposedly Angelina's biggest fan and will do anything to look like her. The 19-year-old also went on an extreme diet to maintain her small figure.
