Uh oh! Mike 'The Situation' Sorrentino may be facing major jail time
Jersey Shore star The Situation is expected to plead guilty to fax fraud. According to ABC News, Mike and his brother Marc will enter their pleas in court on Friday.Both of the brothers allegedly failed to pay federal income tax on $8.9 million earned between 2010 and 2012 and because of that, Mike may face up to 15 years in prison while his brother faces up to a 25 year sentence. Yikes!
MTV recently announced a Jersey Shore reunion show and they are about to begin filming the Family Vacation in Miami.

A judge gave The Situation permission to film the Jersey Shore reunion in Miami before his sentencing on April 25, according to TMZ.
He pleaded guilty to one count of tax evasion in federal court in Newark, NJ, earlier today (Jan. 19). His older brother Marc pleaded guilty to aiding in the preparation of a false and fraudulent tax return
