Childish Gambino/Donald Glover killed his 'SNL' appearance, drops new video for 'This Is America'

Donald Glover, also known as Childish Gambino, appeared on Saturday Night Live as both the musical guest and host on Saturday (May 5).

Childish Gambino, Kenan Thompson and Chris Redd spoofed Migos and did a video for “Therapy,” (which is meant to look like the Migos' video for “MotorSport”), where they’re ordered to go to therapy to talk out their issues.

The Atlanta co-creator tackled the latest Kanye West controversies:

He nails this sketch comedy ish! And, to think, SNL passed up on Childish Gambino TWICE before. Yes, he auditioned twice before and got rejected.

The multi-talented artist/actor also performed as his musical alter-ego where he went on some next level ish during his first live performance of his new track, “This Is America." He also performed his new single "Saturday."

Check out his new video for "This Is America" below!

SNL also mocked Lebron James' teammates in ‘The Other Cavaliers’ sketch that was cut for time.
