D'Angelo Releases First Album in 15 Years! Listen to His New Single "Sugah Daddy"

After nearly 15 years of releasing his last album Voodoo, D'Angelo is giving an early Christmas present to his fans. The R&B/soul singer is dropping a new album entitled Black Messiah!

D'Angelo had a listening session earlier today for his upcoming album which is actually coming out tonight (Dec. 14) at midnight to buy! We're just a couple of hours away!

His newest single "Sugah Daddy" (listen below) is already streaming online and I'm just so happy he's back! I remember when he performed at the BET Awards in 2012 and sung "Untitled (How Does It Feel)"... oh my... that voice!

“Black Messiah is a hell of a name for an album. It can easily be misunderstood,” reads the release.

“For me, the title is about all of us. It’s about the world. It’s about an idea we can all aspire to. We should all aspire to be a Black Messiah.”
