The latest hate crime: a transgendered woman gets attacked by two women at McDonalds in the ladies restroom.
It's said the transgendered woman attempted to use the ladies restroom when the two ladies started beating on her, grabbed her hair then dragged her across the restaurant.
The victim is saying people sat in McDonalds and watched her get beat up. One customer did step in to break up the assault, then an employee stepped in, according to ABC News.
The person recording the video was a McDonalds employee who is heard laughing in the background, the company fired him.
Both women, a 14-year-old and 18-year-old are being charged with assault and hate crimes.
