January feels soooo far away!
The BET scripted drama is returning for its 4th season and this time with a few minor changes. Mara Brock Akil and her husband Salim Akil, who directed the series, have signed a deal with Warner Brothers TV. So, for this new season, Will Packer will serve as a producer and Erica Shelton Kodish will serve as an executive producer and showrunner.
BMJ will also tap into a brand new city from the looks of the recently released sneak peek below:
Mary Jane in New York City!
Will MJ (Gabrielle Union) move there? Will she meet a new man? Or, maybe the SNC network will have her transfer to another network in NYC?
Production for the show has already kicked off in Atlanta.
Well, I'll be rewatching the old seasons on Netflix as I wait until January!
