Masika has issued a statement regarding the Yung Berg attack and wants everyone to respect her privacy. Yung Berg has yet to comment.

Last night, VH1 released a press release stating that Yung Berg is indeed fired from the network's reality show Love & Hip Hop Hollywood. News broke Wednesday that Berg was arrested and charged with "obstruction of breathing."
The rapper/producer and reality star assaulted his girlfriend and LHHH cast member Masika, allegedly grabbing her neck, throwing her to the floor, dragging her by her hair and hitting her in the face!

VH1's press release states:
"YUNG BERG TERMINATED FROM VH1 SERIES LOVE & HIP HOP HOLLYWOOD
Based on the severity of the allegations against Yung Berg, VH1 is terminating its relationship with him in connection with Love & Hip Hop Hollywood, effective immediately.
Yung Berg was arrested on November 5th and charged with criminal obstruction of breathing in connection with an assault on fellow cast member Masika Tucker. The arrest took place in a New York hotel several hours after the taping of the reunion special for Love & Hip Hop Hollywood had wrapped."
